What CareCircle is

CareCircle is a family care coordination tool. It helps families schedule reminders, record confirmations, and keep a history of care-related information that the family enters themselves.

What CareCircle is not

  • CareCircle is not a medical device or diagnostic tool.
  • CareCircle does not prescribe, recommend, or adjust medication or dosage.
  • CareCircle is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
  • An unconfirmed task does not necessarily mean a task was missed — only that it has not yet been confirmed.
