This page is a placeholder. CareCircle is under active development and this Privacy Policy has not yet been reviewed or finalized by legal counsel. It will be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed policy before CareCircle handles real family data in production.
What we intend to cover
Once finalized, this policy will explain what information CareCircle collects (such as account details, family member profiles, medication schedules you enter, routine confirmations, and measurements you record), why we collect it, how long it is retained, and who can access it.
Our current approach
- Each family’s data is isolated so it cannot be accessed by another, unrelated family.
- Information you record about medication or routines is stored exactly as you enter it — we do not alter, interpret, or add medical judgments to it.
- You will be able to export your family’s data and delete an account or remove a family member’s access at any time.
No compliance claims yet
CareCircle does not currently claim compliance with HIPAA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, PHIPA, NHS data standards, or any other specific regulatory framework. We are designing with these principles in mind and will pursue formal assessments ahead of a production launch.
